Definitions & Interpretation

Member Eligibility

Account Registration

Each Member is only permitted to hold one account at merdeka138 at any one time. This applies to one account per person, per phone number, per IP address, and per device. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including their full name as shown on their identification card, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Merdeka138 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a Member's own negligence in disclosing their password to another party. Deposits & Payments

Merdeka138 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and merdeka138 does not charge any additional fees for standard deposits:

Merdeka138 only accepts deposits from verified payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third parties, unrecognised accounts, or methods not listed above will not be accepted and will be returned (less any applicable transaction costs) or forfeited if identity verification fails.

Merdeka138 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposit transactions exceeding certain limits, including copies of identification cards, bank statements or other verification methods deemed appropriate.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or bank account used for the original deposit — this "return to source" principle forms part of Merdeka138's anti-money laundering measures.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. No maximum daily withdrawal limit is set for standard withdrawals; however, withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000 per day may be subject to additional review.

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
